Set in the Saltaire World Heritage Site, this project was consented to provide 289 sustainable dwellings and associated commercial spaces. Modern riverside housing that reflects the unique qualities of the adjacent Saltaire Village and Mill and addresses the modern challenges of parking and fostering a new community whilst integrating into an existing one with a strong landscape focus.
